Jem Clements is the Lead Intake Coordinator at Mount Sinai. Jem grew up in Greenwood, South Carolina. He received his Bachelors of Science in Social services from Eskrine College in Due West, SC in 1984. In 1986, he received his Masters of Social Work from the University of Georgia. He was the Director of Admissions from 1989-1994 at Tallulah Falls School, in Tallulah Falls, GA. From 1995-2008 he held the titles of Director of Admission, Dean of Students and Associate VP for Institutional Advancement at Piedmont College, in Demorest, GA. He became Executive Director of Northeast Georgia Soccer Associate in 2008 and held the position until 2013 when he became the Intake coordinator at Black Bear Treatment Center in Sautee, GA.
Jem became part of the Mt. Sinai team in October of 2018 and has been a crucial member since. Jem has been happily married for over 33 years to his lovely wife Kathleen, they have two sons, James and Chris. Jem is also very passionate about soccer and has been coaching and reffing for over 40 years.
