With more than 35 years of experience in behavioral health, Michael began his career as a Neuropsychiatric Technician in the U.S. Navy, where he developed a deep commitment to service and compassionate care. Over the course of his career, he has held leadership roles spanning clinical program management, assessment and referral, compliance and accreditation, and utilization management.
Michael has successfully led both turnaround and start-up initiatives, bringing stability, growth, and innovation to every organization he has served. He earned his Master’s Degree in Behavioral Sciences from Cameron University in Lawton, Oklahoma.
As CEO of Mount Sinai Wellness Center, Michael is dedicated to fostering a culture of compassion, accountability, and excellence. He believes that when employees are supported and valued, they in turn provide the highest quality care for clients and their families.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys riding his motorcycle, spending time with his daughter, and connecting with friends.
