A Typical Day at Mount SinaI
A structured routine is very important when participating in rehab. The more time you spend occupied, the less time you have to think about using. Boredom is often a major source of temptation for relapse. At Mount Sinai Wellness Center, we keep our patients busy with a full schedule from sun up to sundown. Residents will participate in therapy, group disruptions, therapeutic activities, and more as they walk the road towards recovery.
