With more than five years of hands-on experience as a floor nurse at Mount Sinai Wellness Center, Heidi Schueller has built her career on delivering compassionate, high-quality care while supporting patients and their families through some of life’s most challenging moments. Her early clinical experience instilled a deep understanding of how strong, empathetic leadership can positively influence both patient outcomes and team morale.
Driven by a desire to make a broader impact, Heidi advanced into the role of Director of Nursing, where she leads with a people-first philosophy. She is committed to staff development, patient-centered care, and continuous quality improvement.
